Our company produces gears and gear reducers utilizing Lufkin herringbone gear technology. The gear processing is carried out with specialized equipment, featuring a left and right helix angle of 30o. The diameter is controlled using specialized tools and an expansion method. Thanks to the unique characteristics of gear planing, our herringbone gears offer balanced forces, no axial force, and enhanced load-bearing capacity, resulting in a longer lifespan.
The reducer casing and cover undergo annealing before processing, which reduces casting stress by 90%. This ensures that the joint surfaces can be disassembled without deformation.
